Get involved
As we gather each week to celebrate the Holy Mass, we are reminded of the beauty and richness of our liturgical traditions. These celebrations are the heart of our parish life, and they thrive through the active participation and dedication of our community members.
We invite all parishioners to become more involved in the liturgical ministries of our parish. Whether you are called to serve as a lector, Eucharistic minister, altar server, choir member, or usher, your contribution is invaluable. Each role enhances the solemnity and joy of our worship, making our liturgies more vibrant and meaningful for everyone.
Why Get Involved?
1
Deepen Your Faith: Serving in a liturgical ministry allows you to engage with the Mass on a deeper level, enriching your spiritual journey.
2
Build Community: It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow parishioners and foster a sense of belonging.
3
Share Your Gifts: Every one of us has unique talents. Whether it’s your voice, your organizational skills, or your ability to make others feel welcome, there is a place for you.

Sacristan
A Sacristan is someone who’s incharge of the upkeep of the House of the Lord. The role of a sacristan in the Catholic Church involves the care of the sacristy, the place in the church "for sacred things”. Therefore, the Sacristan is responsible for taking care of the sacred things in the House of the Lord (the Church). This includes responsibilities such as caring for sacred vessels, vestments, liturgical books, altar, lights, and other items necessary for liturgical celebrations. More importantly, the sacristan does more than prepare the things needed for worship: the sacristan’s reverent, prayerful preparation can remind the entire assembly to prepare their hearts for worship”
